How to customize products?

We are able to offer fully customized service and present our clients with various lighting products. Show us your needs, and a professional designer from our team will be designated timely to your assistance. Please contact us support@chacivagarhspace.com

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and we ensure secure payment with Pay Pal. Please feel free to buy.

Can I cancel my order?

For standard product, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once the product is shipped out. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Note: Custom products are not eligible for cancellation, because custom products cannot be resold.

How long does it take to get shipping information?

Generally, the product will be handed over to the shipping party after it is processed. It is greater than 1-3  natural days to get the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics company.

Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?

We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)
We will also give you options
1). We send you a new replacement product
2). If you don't like it anymore, we'll give you a full refund.
