Warranty Policy

Product Warranty: We offer a 2 years warranty for our products(excluding bulbs）.

Within 2 years, if there are any issues or questions about the product, please contact us at support@chacivagarhspace.com with pictures and videos of the problems. We will reply you within 24 hours, and provide solutions.

Covered by our warranty: If the issues are from the accessories we will send you the free replacement by express, and you will be able to receive them in 9~14 business days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will help you to solve your problems within 1~3 business days.
(For the chandeliers, please make sure to use a professional electrician to install the products)

Not covered by our warranty policy: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are all not covered by our warranty policy.
We still provide technical support to help you to solve the issues after 2 years, but you need to pay for it.
